基于作者之前的研究:高密度脂蛋白(HDL)能够调节骨骼肌葡萄糖代谢的结论。作者目前的研究证明:在心肌缺血后输送单剂量的重组HDL(rHDL)可增加心脏葡萄糖摄取,降低梗塞面积,并改善心脏重塑,这些改变与小鼠心功能恢复增强有关。

这些发现同样适用于代谢正常和胰岛素抵抗小鼠。紧接着,研究者在再灌注的15分钟内,通过Akt信号通路进一步验证了HDL对心肌细胞葡萄糖摄取,糖酵解和葡萄糖氧化的直接作用。

这些数据支持在实施经皮介入治疗时使用不溶性HDL制剂来治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的可行性。
